The Business Sector Advocacy Challenge (BUSAC) Fund has been in existence for the past sixteen (16) years with the purpose of improving the business environment in Ghana for the private sector to grow thus creating more jobs and increased income.
Between 2004 – 2020, the Fund has provided over 1,100 business advocacy grants to Private Sector Organisations (PSOs) and Farmer based organisations (FBOs) in all the sixteen (16) regions of Ghana.
Through its activities, many constraints faced by groups of business operators and associations have been addressed. Through advocacy dialogue sessions, the public sector has implemented policies and regulations that have positively enhanced the business environment making the private sector more competitive.
As part of its communications strategy, the Fund intends to share its results and successes with its stakeholders. The Secretariat has compiled the accomplishment of selected grantees at the national and district levels. BUSAC Fund intends to engage qualified entities to print its achievements in hard and soft copy booklets.
The Secretariat now invites eligible Ghanaian firms to express their interest in providing the service. Interested consultants must provide the following:
