After 10 years of enhancing the advocacy capacity of the Ghanaian private sector, the BUSAC Fund organized an End of Project Forum aimed at sharing the Fund’s impact on the Ghanaian private sector, achievements and lessons learnt with its stakeholders. The forum, which also marked the tenth anniversary of the Fund’s operations in Ghana, was used to trigger discussions about how to promote public-private dialogue and partnership to enhance Ghana’s economic development in the next phase of the Fund. The forum themed “Celebrating 10 years of business advocacy in Ghana” was held on 19th May 2016 at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Accra.

The keynote address for the event was delivered by the guests of honour, H.E. William Hanna, European Union Ambassador to Ghana and Hon. Dr. Ekow Spio-Garbrah, Minister of Trade and Industry. Also in attendance were over 120 participants, made up of Representatives of Development Partners, Government Officials, and private sector operators.
