Summary of the proposed Action : 1. Need for Action:
There are many servicing technicians operating outside the Association, and we need to mobilize them so that we can pursue our common interest of (1) poor quality of electronics parts (2) unstable voltage of electricity, and importantly (3) pay our taxes and fees to the revenue and local agencies.

2. Proposed Solution:
Organize to bring all servicing technicians under the association in order to pursue our goal of sharing ideas and knowledge in the rapidly changing electronic industry
To collaborate and arrange with the Internal Revenue Service and the District Assemblies to monitor the operations of all electronic servicing technicians.

3. Implementation Plan:
Over a one-year period (12 months):
Committee members will meet to take decisions and undertake activities under the Action. The Service Provider will help with implementing communications strategy for meeting and mobilizing servicing technicians in all the districts. Consultations with the IRS and the District Assemblies will be made to help license the operations of servicing technicians; task force committees will be formed to monitor the operations on a permanent basis. We will organize talk shows on radio stations with the view to getting the understanding of all servicing technicians outside the association, including invitation of girls to enter the profession.

4. Expected Impact:
Improved expertise in the repair of electronic items which are varying in components and design. Taxes paid to the state will increase in amount. Girls will make themselves available to be training in our training institution. The quality of service to customers will also improve.
